Symbiosis con Fondazione Prada per un nuovo business district a Milano
The construction of the Hotel La Vetta, located in San Domenico, started in 2016 and was completed at the end of 2018.
The works consisted in the realisation of an underground parking of 1.300sqm, of exclusive use of the Hotel, in addition to the construction of the hotel itself, made up of three separate chalets of three floors each with standard rooms and suites. The three buildings are connected by a ground floor that gathers all the facilities of the hotel, such as a reception, a restaurant, a lounge bar, and also all the technical and staff rooms like kitchens and machineries rooms. The total surface of the three chalets is 6.200sqm.
Particular attention was paid to the construction of the facades that are entirely covered in stone and wood, materials that are both typical of the area.
The same attention was given to the external space, with the realisation of a large public square in front of the hotel and the creation of common gardens belonging to the suites located on the first floor of the hotel.
